At Hugberry, we put love into every order we send out — and your happiness means the world to us! If something doesn’t go as expected, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
💔 Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following rare situations:

You received the wrong product

Your item was damaged or defective upon arrival

The parcel is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it
In such cases, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
📷 What we need from you:
To process a return or refund request, just drop us a message on WhatsApp or email with:

Clear unboxing video

Photo(s) of the issue

Order ID and your registered phone number
🚫 What’s non-refundable:
To keep things fair and hygienic, we do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after ordering

Delay caused by courier companies (once shipped)

Orders placed with incorrect addresses or numbers

Custom/personalized items (unless damaged)
💵 How will I get the refund?
If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Order Cancellations:
Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, whether it’s prepaid or partial prepaid (₹99 advance).
You can request a product change before dispatch, but once the order is confirmed, cancellation isn’t possible.
