Refund policy

At Hugberry, we put love into every order we send out — and your happiness means the world to us! If something doesn’t go as expected, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

💔 Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following rare situations:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your item was damaged or defective upon arrival

  • The parcel is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it

In such cases, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

📷 What we need from you:

To process a return or refund request, just drop us a message on WhatsApp or email with:

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Photo(s) of the issue

  • Order ID and your registered phone number

🚫 What’s non-refundable:

To keep things fair and hygienic, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Delay caused by courier companies (once shipped)

  • Orders placed with incorrect addresses or numbers

  • Custom/personalized items (unless damaged)

💵 How will I get the refund?

If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

 

Order Cancellations:


Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, whether it’s prepaid or partial prepaid (₹99 advance).
You can request a product change before dispatch, but once the order is confirmed, cancellation isn’t possible.

In many cases, we prefer to resend the product if that feels more convenient to you — because our goal is to make sure you smile 😊
